About Us

Aku Rimba Indonesia is a non-profit organization in the form of a foundation established by Hasanuddin University Forestry Alumni, South Sulawesi called Hasanuddin University Forestry Alumni Foundation (YAKU), in the course of the development of the establishment of the Foundation, the founders agreed to change the name of the Foundation which was decided in the board of trustees meeting to Aku Rimba Indonesia Rimba Indonesia Foundation in 2022.

  1. Preparing alumni who are strong and entrepreneur-oriented.
  2. Increase the capacity of village communities in and around forest areas in forestry and environmental development.
  3. Building collaboration in Forestry and Environmental development.
  4. Increasing the role of Alumni in social and environmental activities.
  5. Increasing business opportunities for Alumni welfare.
